Tour Itinerary

Day 1: Welcome to Cairo
  • Upon your arrival at Cairo International Airport, our representative will accompany you to your hotel in an air-conditioned vehicle. They will assist you with the check-in process and go over your travel itinerary to confirm pickup times for any tours. You will spend one night in Cairo.
Day 02: Pyramids and Saqqara
  • Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel in Cairo before leaving, and then your private tour guide will drive you to the Giza Plateau to see the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chefren, and Mykerinus, together with the well-known Sphinx and Valley Temple, which is one of the seven wonders of the ancient world.
  • Afterward, you will visit a nearby restaurant for lunch before proceeding to Sakkara, located just 30 minutes outside of Giza. Sakkara is home to the renowned Step Pyramid of Djoser, created by the architect Imhotep, which is considered the first truly enormous stone structure and a crucial turning point in the development of pyramid building. You will also have a tour of the nobles' tombs, which are home to a number of high-ranking official tombs and mastabas.
  • Our knowledgeable tour guide will then lead you back to your hotel.
Day 03: the Egyptian Museum, Saladin Citadel, and Khan el Khalili - Train to Aswan
  • On the second day of your tour, your day commences as our expert Egyptologist guide picks you up from your hotel and we’ll head to the renowned Egyptian Museum, where you will be exposed to a vast array of artifacts, including the remarkable jewelry and treasures of King Tutankhamun.
  • You will be provided with detailed insight into each artifact. Have the opportunity to view the treasure of King Tutankhamun, which consists of a unique collection of royal artifacts from the New Kingdom's eighteenth dynasty.
  • Later, we will go to the Citadel of Salah El-Din where you can see the stunning Mohamed Ali Alabaster Mosque, which is one of the most popular tourist spots in Islamic Cairo. This mosque is an impressive display of Ottoman architecture, and the Citadel, a medieval fortress constructed in the Islamic period.
  • To continue your journey, we will explore the Islamic area of Cairo, which features medieval fortifications and mosques. You can also visit Fishawy, one of the oldest and most renowned traditional Egyptian coffee shops, and enjoy a cup of mint tea to culminate your excursions to Islamic Cairo. While there, you can admire the minarets of Al Hussein and Al Azhar mosques in Khan El Khalil, the oldest in the Islamic district and Egypt's oldest flea market.
  • You will then be taken to the stunning Giza railway station where you will board the sleeper train from Cairo to Aswan. Breakfast and dinner will be provided on board. Accommodations for the night within your container.
Day 04: Aswan Nile Cruise Tours
  • Our tour guide will meet you when you arrive at the Aswan railway station and then you will head with by your tour guide to see the magnificent Philae temple dedicated to the goddesses Isis.
  • After that, the guide will accompany you to your Nile Cruise ship to enjoy your meal on board.
  • Later, there's an optional trip to the Nubian village. The Nubian Village is a popular site in Aswan, and it's worth spending two hours there. The village around every curve will surprise you, as it is a genuine and authentic location.
Day 05: Abu Simbel optional and Kom Ombo temple
  • You have the option to explore the temples of Abu Simbel, a chance to see the impressive Egyptian temple built by Ramses II and the Temple of his wife Nefertari early in the morning (optional).
  • After lunch on board the cruise, we will sail to Kom Ombo and visit the Kom Ombo Temple, which was built during the Ptolemaic and Roman periods and was dedicated to the gods Sobek and Horus.
  • We will then continue the journey to Edfu and spend the night there.
Day 06: Edfu temple and sail to Luxor
  • We will have breakfast on the cruise in the early morning before taking you to visit the Edfu Temple, which is one of the most significant temples in ancient Egyptian history. After the tour, we will cross Esna  and sail to Luxor.
  • Afterward, we will visit the Karnak temple, a magnificent complex of shrines, kiosks, pylons, and obelisks devoted to the Theban gods and the greater glory of Egypt's pharaohs. In ancient times, Karnak was the most significant site for the Theban Triad (Amun, Mut, and Khonso) devotion.
  • Then, you'll explore Luxor temple which used to be the ancient center of many festivals, and showcase evidence of various civilizations and religions like Pharaonic, Coptic, and Islamic.
  • You will enjoy afternoon tea and supper on board, followed by a Galabeya party in the evening.
  • Spend the night in Luxor.
Day 07: Disembarkation in Luxor - Transfer to Cairo
  • In the early morning, you can take an optional hot air balloon ride over the mesmerizing landscape of the Valley of the Kings, the Valley of the Queens, and the Mountain of the Nobles. The duration of this incredible flight is approximately 30 to 45 minutes, depending on weather conditions.
  • We will start with a visit to the Valley of the Kings, also known as the Great Place of Truth. In the past, Pharaohs were laid to rest in large stone sarcophagi, hoping to achieve immortality. The Pyramid-Shaped Mountain Peak dominates the valley behind Deir el Bahri.
  • Next, we will head to the Colossi of Memnon, which are two enormous statues that remain as remnants of the largest structure on the west bank, built by Amenhotep the Third. The statues rise approximately 18 meters above the plain.
  • We will then visit the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, a remarkable edifice that merges with the steep limestone cliffs of the eastern slope of Theban Mountain. The temple rises out of the desert plain in a series of terraces, as if it was a natural part of the landscape.
  • You'll afterward go to the Luxor railway station to board the sleeper train bound for Cairo. A meal will be provided on the train. Spend the night in your private compartment.
Day 8: Cairo - Fly Back Home
  • Take breakfast at your Cairo hotel while you have some spare time. You will be transported to Cairo International Airport for your last departure.
  • You will receive the final confirmation via email, once you have submitted your booking. Kindly keep an eye on your inbox for the confirmation details.
  • No payment will be deducted from your account until you have received the confirmation email. We value your satisfaction and will only proceed with charging your account once the confirmation has been successfully sent.
  • Please note that only 30% of the total amount will be deducted online as a deposit. The remaining balance will be paid in cash upon your arrival to Egypt in either Dollars or Euros.
  • The duration of each daily tour is approximately 8 hours, while the half-day tour typically lasts around 4 hours. Please be advised that if the tour exceeds these time ranges, additional charges may apply.
  • After receiving the confirmation email, one of our representatives will promptly reach out to you to confirm the departure point and time. We understand the importance of accurate information and ensuring a smooth experience for you.
  • Tipping is not included in any of our packages and leaves to the discretion of the travelers. Although not mandatory, it is of great importance to people who will take care of you while traveling.
